By entering Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Shows you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The judges’ decisions are final and is to be no contact between exhibitor & judge at any time before, during or after a show (except where an exhibitor is claiming a prize from a sponsor)
- Entries will not be uploaded until payment has been received
- Entries cannot be changed once they have been submitted
- Entries close at 7pm on the last day of every month. No extensions will be given
- Judging will begin from the 7th day of the following month
- Results will be posted to the page once they have been received from the judges and typed up by us into a suitable format
- We endeavour to have all results posted within 5 days of the judges beginning their deliberations
- Any delays to this will be notified on the Facebook page
- All entrants must have permission to use any and all images they submit. You must have permission from everyone in the image to enter
- Judges are not permitted to enter any classes that they are judging but are welcome to enter other classes
- For collage classes, you must create your own collages - we cannot do it for you
- All images sent to Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Show will be in the public domain on the Facebook page and / or website and may be used for promotional purposes
- Photos that contain images of children under 18 must have permission from the parent or guardian of that child
- Any person under the age of 18 submitting photos for a show must have parental consent to take part
- Refunds - Once photos have been submitted & paid for we do not refund entry fees. In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we may refund for example where a pet has died since being entered & the owner has requested they be removed from the show.
Posting of Rosettes & Prizes
- Prizes - are sent to you directly from the class sponsor - They will be sent by the most economic service for the sponsor - They will always obtain a certificate of posting. If you require your prize to be sent by signed for or tracked post then please let your sponsor know & they will tell you the cost which you will need to pay directly to them. Overseas exhibitors who win prizes must meet the full cost of posting their prize. The sponsor of the class will let you know how much you need to pay
- Rosettes – Your membership fee includes a £1 fee towards posting your rosettes. They are sent 2nd class by Royal Mail & there is nothing further to pay if you are in the UK
- If you want signed for or tracked please PM the Facebook page & we will let you know the cost you need to pay
- Overseas exhibitors – Your membership fee includes a £1 fee towards posting your rosettes. All costs over this amount must be met by the exhibitor. Your country & weight/dimensions of your parcel will determine this
- We will PM you all individually once we have packed up & weighed your parcel to collect any postage fees due. No parcels will be sent until the fees have been paid.
HAVE YOU MOVED?
- It is the responsibility of the entrants to ensure their address is provided correctly at the time of entry and to make Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Shows aware of any address changes. If you change your address, please message us as soon as possible. Pease let us know if I don’t have your most up to date address!!
- Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet show takes no responsibility for damage or loss of rosettes while in the post. If you have paid for tracked postage then we will of course help you to locate your parcel
Other important things!
- Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Show has the right to make changes to the schedule, rosettes, prizes, sponsors and entry prices at its discretion
- Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Show is a “fun” show for all the family
- We try to facilitate a pleasant showing experience for everyone
- Please enter into the shows in the spirit in which they are attended
- Any abuse shown in any form to the admin or owner of Paws for a Picture Monthly Online Pet Show will result in entries being deleted & no further entries being accepted. We sadly have had to block a few individuals in the past
- Remember – Win with Pride, Lose with Dignity!!
- This is a competition & not everyone will win in every class they enter
